Grundfos' MPC multi-pump controller compensates for surplus pressure and reduces water hammer. Real losses from leakage of non-revenue water (NRW) continue to be an important issue for water companies.

Grundfos can help reducing water hammer which causes new holes. The solution in both these cases is the Grundfos Control multi-pump controller, and in particular proportional pressure control - a solution unique to Grundfos that automatically optimises energy consumption and minimises water loss.

The proportional pressure functionality built into the Grundfos Control MPC is a unique tool for reducing water hammer and surplus pressure in the mains.
