Thames Water in Green Park

Customers are at the heart of Thames Water plans to fully integrate its core operations functions at a central management hub in Reading. The creation of the Operations Management Centre will mean that for the first time, each of the core functions within operations will be co-located under one roof with the added benefit of being brought together with the Operations Customer Centre. This will drive operational efficiencies and improve overall customer experience.
 

Green Park Reading view

Thames Water has signed a 25-year lease at Green Park in Reading. It will be two years until the site is fully operational, however some functions will move in the first quarter of 2010.
