| A consortium led by Royal Haskoning has been approached by the Dutch Embassy in Kabul to carry out a study into the situation of Integrated Water Resources Management in Uruzgan. Aim is to provide people in Uruzgan province (Afghanistan) access to safe drinking water, household food security, and sources of income while protecting them from the negative impacts of droughts and floods. Other participants are Deltares, Delft University of Technology and the Confederation of Netherlands Industry and Employers (VNO-NCW). |
